The idea of DispenseDoc was brought to fruition because of a simple statistic stating that a startling “1 in 3 prescriptions goes unfilled at the pharmacy” read by our owner Chad Beene. As he dug deeper into the reasons behind this, he discovered that the two main mitigating factors were simply cost and convenience. We set out as a company to find a way to create a tool that physicians could use to help eliminate that issue because in the end, we realized that putting the pharmacy control back in the hands of the physician was the only way to make this work.
Fast forward 6 years and DispenseDoc is the country’s longest standing point-of-care dispensing company with a specific focus on commercial insurance along with workers comp and personal injury. During that time, we have developed an all-encompassing in-office dispensing program based on our extensive knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and the complexities that surround it. Our efforts culminated in a program that is convenient for your patients, while providing a steady stream of revenue for your practice.
